We request the minimum access scheduling needs, use it only to power the features on this page, and only while your account stays connected. Here is precisely what that means.
Read — to show your real availability
We read your calendar's free/busy times so your booking pages only offer slots when you are genuinely free, and so we never double-book you — plus the list of your calendars so you can choose which ones count. Scopes: calendar.events.freebusy and calendar.calendarlist.readonly.
Write — to place confirmed bookings
When someone books, reschedules or cancels, we create, update or delete the matching event on your calendar — and add a Google Meet link when you enable video. Scope: calendar.events.
Never — sold, shared or mined
We do not sell your Google data, do not share it with third parties beyond providing this feature, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train machine-learning models.

What Google Calendar data does Solstral access?
Only what scheduling needs: your free/busy information to calculate availability (calendar.events.freebusy), the list of your calendars so you can choose which ones count (calendar.calendarlist.readonly), the ability to create and manage the events for meetings booked through Solstral (calendar.events), and your account email address to label the connected calendar (userinfo.email).
Why does Solstral request write access to my calendar?
So a confirmed booking becomes a real event on your calendar automatically, and so reschedules and cancellations keep that event in sync. Without write access we could show availability but couldn't put the meeting on your calendar.
Do you sell or share my Google Calendar data?
No. Solstral's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train AI models.
Can I disconnect my calendar?
Yes — disconnect at any time from Settings, which immediately revokes Solstral's access. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are never logged in plaintext.
