The AI assistant runs on credits — one credit per AI task. Every new workspace gets 100 onboarding credits to set up for free. Paid plans then include a monthly allotment (150 on Starter, 500 on Growth, 1,500 on Scale) that refreshes each month. Run low and you can buy non-expiring top-up packs any time. Only AI tasks use credits — the rest of Solstral works fully whether or not you have any.
