Pipelines with a forecast you can defend
Create a pipeline in one step, drag deals across stages, weight it by per-stage probability, and see forecast numbers that update as the board moves.
One click to a pipeline
Name it, pick what moves through it, accept the stages we suggest, and you're looking at the board. Switch between pipelines from the same screen.
Boards that feel right
Smooth drag-and-drop, inline editing, and a running value total on every stage that updates as cards move.
Weighted, not wishful
Each stage carries a probability; the forecast is the sum of amount × probability — a number you can stand behind.
Any object can have stages
Hiring funnel, onboarding steps, renewals — add a stage field to any object and you've got a pipeline.
Cards that say something
Pick up to five fields to show under each card's name — value, owner, close date, the company it's for. The first one reads as a subtitle, the rest as small labelled lines, so a column stays scannable.
Search and filter the board itself
The same search, filters and saved views as the record list, on the board — narrow to one owner, this quarter, over 10k, without leaving the pipeline.
One place to change a board
Edit pipeline holds the name, the stages, what the cards show and deletion. Name, stages and cards save together, so setting a board up is one sitting rather than three trips through a menu.
Only the columns you work in
Every column on the board — each stage, plus the “None” column for anything not at a stage yet — has a tick box in Edit pipeline. Untick one and it comes off the board only: nothing moves, nothing changes, and the board tells you how many records it's holding back with one click to show them again.

- MeetingsCalendly-class scheduling built into the CRM: share a link or embed the scheduler on your site, sync Google and Microsoft calendars, and every booking becomes a contact on a timeline — not a row in another tool.
- Custom objectsSolstral's object model is fully flexible: define objects, attributes and relationships that match your business, and every feature — views, imports, campaigns, flows, reports — just works with them.
- AI WidgetPoint it at your help docs, your website or your Notion, and the same chat widget you already embed starts answering visitors in your brand voice — pulling real answers from your knowledge, matching curated FAQs instantly, capturing leads, and handing off to a human the moment it's unsure.
