Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy protects the deliverability, security and reputation of every workspace on the platform. It applies to all users and all content sent or stored through the Service.

2. Email and messaging standards

  • Consent is mandatory. You may only email recipients who have opted in or with whom you have a genuine existing relationship, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), CAN-SPAM, and equivalent laws where your recipients live.
  • No purchased, rented or scraped lists. Importing them is grounds for immediate sending suspension.
  • Identify yourself truthfully. From names, subject lines and content must not be deceptive; your postal identification must be accurate.
  • Unsubscribes are sacred. The platform enforces working unsubscribe links automatically; circumventing them (or re-adding unsubscribed contacts) is prohibited.

3. Thresholds and enforcement

Sustained hard-bounce rates above 4% or complaint rates above 0.1% trigger review and may result in automatic throttling or suspension of sending. Addresses that bounce or complain are suppressed platform-wide and must not be re-imported. We monitor aggregate signals only; we do not read your message content except when investigating a specific abuse report.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

  • Unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or deceptive content, including phishing and impersonation.
  • Malware, spyware or content that interferes with any system.
  • Content that sexually exploits or endangers minors (reported to authorities immediately).
  • Content promoting violence or unlawful discrimination.
  • Attempts to probe, breach or overload the Service, or to access another workspace's data.
  • Reselling the Service without an agreement that permits it.

5. Restricted industries

Sending on behalf of industries with structurally high abuse rates — including cryptocurrency giveaways, payday lending, and affiliate re-mailing — requires prior written approval.

6. Reporting and consequences

Report abuse to [email protected] with headers or URLs. Depending on severity, violations lead to a warning, sending suspension, or workspace termination under the Terms of Service. We may suspend first and notify after where harm is ongoing.
