Solstral started with a simple observation: the teams who manage customer relationships professionally — agencies, consultancies, operators — were stitching together five tools that never quite agreed with each other. A CRM here, an email platform there, an automation service in between, and a spreadsheet quietly doing the real work.
We built the platform we wanted to run: flexible enough to model any business, serious about email deliverability, and safe enough to automate with confidence — because the people who do this work deserve tools that keep up.
Solstral is built and hosted in Australia, on AWS in Sydney, by a team that answers its own support email.
