Every client from one login.
Each client gets its own workspace: their records, their sending domains, their senders and their team. Your agency works across all of them from one console, and their AI connections stay inside their own workspace.
How it works.
- 01
The client lets you in
In the client's workspace, its owner presses Let your agency in. Your team appears in their members list and audit log, marked as agency staff, without using their seats, and the owner can stop your access at any time.
- 02
One console for every client
The agency console lists each client with its new contacts and failed flow runs this week, bounce rate, AI use this month and any payment trouble. Enter switches you into that workspace.
- 03
Your team, client by client
Add people as owner, admin or staff. Owners and admins reach every client; staff reach only the clients ticked for them.
What each client gets.
Their own domains and senders
Each client verifies its own sending domain with DNS records Solstral checks for you, so one client's reputation never rides on another's. Senders are granted per person, and the check runs on the server.
Set up once, copy to the next client
Capture a client's setup (objects and fields, pipelines, flows, email templates, forms, booking pages, reports and dashboards, never records or people) and apply it to another client. You see every change first, flows arrive switched off, and anything a client changed since is left alone unless you tick it.
Your brand, not ours
Set your help centre address and support email for your clients' Help page, and hide "Powered by Solstral" on their booking pages.
A monthly report under your name
On the first of each month, each client's owners and admins get last month's numbers by email under your agency's name: new contacts, meetings booked, form submissions, marketing emails sent and conversations, plus ad results when they ran ads.
AI that stays in one client
A Claude or ChatGPT connection signs in to one workspace. It can't read or change another client's records, and each client's admins can see and disconnect it.
Coming next: agency templates, so a setup you save once can be applied to many clients at a time and reverted per client.
Frequently asked questions
Ask Solstral support to set up your agency and put your clients under it. Each client keeps its own workspace and plan.
Yes. Each client lives in its own workspace with its own users, records, lists, domains and senders. Nothing is shared unless you share it.
Your client does, in their workspace, and can export it as CSV at any time. You work in it with the access they give you.
No. One connection is one workspace, so an AI connected to one client can't see another. Connect it to each client you want it to work in.
Bring your first client over.
Start with one workspace, then add each client as their own.
