Slack channels

In Slack, add the Incoming Webhooks app to the channel you want and copy the URL it gives you. In Solstral, open Settings ▸ Slack, choose Add a channel, paste the URL and tick the events to post: deals won or lost, new contacts and deals, meetings booked or cancelled, tickets created or solved, orders paid, conversations assigned. Any other event works too, typed by name (company.created, invoice.updated). Send a test checks the connection. Each message says what happened, who did it and links back to the record. Messages that can't be delivered are retried; a channel Slack keeps refusing for a week is switched off and the page says why.

A flow's own message

Add a Post to Slack step to a flow, pick the channel and write the message with any fields from the record: {{record.name}} just booked a demo.

Zapier, Make and n8n

Each can subscribe to any CRM event with an admin API key from Settings ▸ API & webhooks. Under the hood they call POST /api/v1/hooks with the address to send to and the event, and DELETE /api/v1/hooks/{id} when you turn the zap or scenario off. Events arrive as signed CloudEvents, the same as any webhook, and each subscription shows in your webhook list.
