Bounces in plain words, and mail paused per receiving domain when it pushes back

Solstral now reads why an email didn't arrive and acts on it per receiving domain.

• Every bounce has a reason on the campaign report: mailbox full, no such mailbox, blocked, rejected as spam, being rate-limited and more.
• Microsoft blocks pause that domain for a day. Campaigns and flow emails to it wait instead of deepening the block, admins are told, and the people who bounced stay on your list.
• Throttling backs off one domain. When Gmail or another receiver says you're sending too fast, mail to that domain alone waits 15 minutes, doubling up to 4 hours.
