Send files with a campaign

A campaign can now carry files from your Library: a brochure, a price list, an invitation. On the Recipients step, Files lets you pick or upload them and choose, per campaign, how they go.

• Download cards (the default): each file appears under the email with its name, size and a Download button. Any size, and the safest for deliverability.
• Attach to the email: up to five PDF, Office, CSV, text or image files, 5 MB together, inside the email itself.

The Review step and the schedule check say if a file can’t go as chosen. Claude and ChatGPT can add files to a campaign too.
