Flows and agendas now share one record, and the assistant can build an agenda for you
A small but important correctness fix, and a shortcut.
A small but important correctness fix, and a shortcut. First the fix: a conversation flow's Capture lead step used to match or create a contact entirely on its own. Now that a bot can also be running an agenda in the same conversation, that was a way to end up with two contacts for the same person in one chat - the agenda creating one from an email, the flow creating another from a name. Both paths now bind to the same record: if the conversation already has one, the flow fills the empty fields on it rather than creating a second, and it doesn't overwrite anything already there. Flows also gained a Set agenda step, so a scripted path can hand goal-seeking back to the bot once the scripted part is done - the agenda picks up on the next turn, so you never get two questions in one reply. Second, the shortcut: the AI assistant (and any MCP client) can now list, create, test, publish and assign agendas. "Build me a bot that pre-qualifies leads from the pricing docs" is one instruction instead of a tour of four screens. Testing through the assistant is a real dry run - nothing is written and no credits are spent - and publishing is the only one of those that changes what customers experience, so it's the only one gated as a live change.
