CRM

Sequences, lead scores, duplicate rules, hierarchies and stage requirements

The things a sales team sets up in its first week, now built in.

The things a sales team sets up in its first week, now built in.

  • Sequences. A few emails, tasks and waits a contact is taken through, from your own inbox. A reply or a bounce stops it for that person straight away. Enrol people by picking them, from a list or from a saved view; anyone emailed in the last few days is left out unless you say otherwise. An email can have two versions, and the report shows who replied, bounced, finished or was stopped. Sequences in the sidebar.
  • Lead scores. A new field type adds up points for what a record says ("job title contains Director") and for recent replies, meetings, forms, clicks and opens, which can fade over time. It is kept up to date for you, sorts and filters like any number, and a Why? button shows which rules gave the points.
  • Duplicate rules. Say what makes two records the same (Same or Similar, per field). They are checked every few hours, and likely duplicates wait on the Duplicates page with a percentage and a side-by-side preview of the merge. A rule you trust can merge on its own.
  • Hierarchies. A company can have a parent and subsidiaries; its record shows the tree and everyone linked across the group, and rollups can add up across it.
  • Stage requirements. A stage can need fields filled in before a deal moves into it, and won or lost can ask for a reason. The board asks on the drop; flows, imports and the API keep the same rule.
  • Address fields in six parts, written the way each country writes them, and default values for any field (today, the person creating it), with a quick-create form of the fields you choose.
