• Your knowledge base, published. Choose the knowledge bases a site shows and add a help centre: a page for each article, a page for each topic, the latest articles and search. Only published articles in the bases you choose ever appear.
• An Ask box. Your bot answers visitors' questions from your articles, with links to them.
• The miss loop. "Was this helpful?" on every article, and questions the Ask box couldn't answer join the Gaps page and your weekly AI report.
