Booked meetings land on your calendar with an auto-generated Meet or Teams link, both sides get confirmations with a calendar invite attached, and reminders go out automatically. Embed the scheduler on your own website as an inline widget, a floating button, or from any link - with your branding, custom questions, and a confirmation page or redirect you control. Teams get round-robin distribution (weighted) or collective co-hosted events. And because it's your CRM, every booking matches or creates the contact, lands on their timeline, and can kick off automations - meeting booked, rescheduled, cancelled or completed - plus a new 'send booking link' flow step.
