Settings: show the technical ones only if you want them

Each person can now choose how much Settings shows. Turn off Show advanced settings at the top of Settings, or under How much to show on your profile, and technical settings are kept out of the way. Nothing is removed: search still finds every setting, and a link to one opens it. New members start with the simpler view; everyone already in Solstral keeps seeing everything.
