What's Next: the few things most worth doing today, on Home
Home now has What's Next: a short, ranked list of the few things most worth doing today, each with a button that does it.
Home now has What's Next: a short, ranked list of the few things most worth doing today, each with a button that does it. An admin turns it on in Settings ▸ AI assistant ▸ What's Next; it is off by default.
- What it looks for. Each morning at 5am in your workspace's timezone it checks for deals that have gone quiet (no contact and no stage move for 21 days), new leads from forms or chat that nobody has emailed, called or set a task for within 48 hours, goals that are behind pace, and past customers who have gone quiet and can still be emailed.
- Goals in plain words. Type a goal such as “Book 30 meetings this quarter”. Solstral shows exactly how it will be measured from your own data and saves it only when you press Set goal. It is an ordinary goal you can edit under Reporting ▸ Goals.
- Do it, Show me, snooze or dismiss. Do it builds a plan of follow-up tasks you approve before anything changes, or hands the job to the assistant, which never sends, schedules or publishes without asking. Show me lists the records behind each number, limited to records you can see. A dismissed suggestion only returns if it gets clearly worse.
- Who sees what. Members see suggestions about their own records; admins also see team-level ones. Each suggestion has a one-line reason written by AI and checked so it can't invent numbers, and it uses no AI credits.
