AI Assistant
What's Next now reads each suggestion before it reaches you
The rules behind What's Next find candidates; now the assistant reads each one in context before it reaches anyone: the meeting and what they said when they booked it, the last few notes and emails, and the deal it belongs to.
- Only what's worth doing. A routine onboarding call with a customer, a colleague booking time, a supplier using your contact form: The assistant sets those aside, says why, and you can bring any of them back. Meetings with your own team are never suggested at all.
- Exactly what to do. Under each suggestion, the assistant's picks name the record and the next step, such as Send the proposal she asked for on the call, with the ones for today first and a draft email where an email is the move. The draft is sent only when you press Send.
- It learns. Tell it something isn't needed, in a click or in your own words, and it remembers. Stop suggesting a booking page or a company entirely in one click. And how long counts as "gone quiet" is now learned from the deals your team actually won.
An admin can switch the reading off in Settings ▸ AI assistant ▸ What's Next; suggestions then come from the rules alone. Each suggestion the assistant reads uses one AI credit, at most 30 a day and only for suggestions that are new or have changed; with no credits left, suggestions come from the rules alone.
