CRM

Retention and legal hold, regional settings, a command palette and a status page

A round of controls for admins and a quicker app for everyone.

A round of controls for admins and a quicker app for everyone.

  • Data retention and legal hold. Choose how long to keep form answers, chat transcripts, booking details and site analytics; old data is removed each night the same careful way erasing a person removes it. A legal hold stops every automatic or requested deletion until it is lifted. Settings ▸ Data.
  • Regional settings. Pick your country and Solstral suggests your currency, date order and how numbers are written (1.250,50 or 1,250.50), alongside your timezone. New workspaces start in their own country's format.
  • Public wording. Change the fixed words your customers see on booking pages, forms, the chat widget and the subscription page, for example into their language. Settings ▸ Branding.
  • Command palette and shortcuts. ⌘K now lists actions as well as records and settings; press ? for keyboard shortcuts, like g then h for Home.
  • Kinder failures. If you are signed out, offline or going too fast, one notice says so and offers the way back; a page you were editing asks before you leave it.
  • Audit export. Download the audit log as CSV or JSON Lines, or receive each entry by webhook.
  • Service status. solstral.com/status shows whether each part of Solstral is working, from the app's own checks.
  • Accessibility. Dialogs keep keyboard focus and give it back, saving is announced to screen readers, and animations calm down when your device asks for less motion.
