Acts as you, not as an admin
Each connection is signed in by a person and inherits their role. A viewer's Claude can read; a member's can write; nobody's can reach billing, DNS or the schema.
Sending is a choice, not a default
Out of the box a connection can read and update records. Sending email, booking meetings and switching on automations are toggles an admin turns on per connection — and every send still asks first.
Off until you say so
External AI connections are off on every new workspace. An admin turns them on, sees every live connection, and can disconnect any of them in one click.

- Every action the AI takes is in the audit log, tagged to the connection
- Daily call allowance by plan; listing tools never counts, only actions
