The agency console: working across your clients

Last updated 15 October 2026

If your agency runs Solstral for several clients, each client keeps its own workspace and your team works across them from the agency console. Ask Solstral support to set up your agency and put your clients under it.

1. The client lets you in

In the client's workspace, its owner opens Settings ▸ Members and, on the Your agency card, presses Let (your agency's name) in. Your team then appears in their members list and audit log, marked as agency staff, without using their seats. The owner can press Stop their access at any time.

2. The console

Open it from the workspace menu (your agency's name: agency console). Under Clients, each one shows its new contacts and failed flow runs this week, bounce rate, AI use this month and any payment trouble. Enter switches you into that workspace. A client that hasn't let you in shows as waiting, with no numbers.

3. Your team

Under Team, use Add by email to add people as owner, admin or staff. Owners and admins reach every client; staff reach only the clients ticked for them.

4. Snapshots

Under Snapshots, capture a client's setup: objects and fields, pipelines, flows, email templates, forms, booking pages, bots, reports and dashboards, never records or people. Apply it to other clients: you see every change first, flows arrive switched off and booking pages as drafts, and anything a client changed since is left alone unless you tick it.

5. Your brand

Under Your brand for your clients, set a help centre address and support email (they replace Solstral's on your clients' Help page) and tick Hide “Powered by Solstral” on my clients' booking pages.

6. The monthly report

Tick Email each client last month's report on the 1st (under Clients) and, on the first of each month, each client's owners and admins get last month's numbers by email under your agency's name: new contacts, meetings booked, form submissions, marketing emails sent, conversations, and, when they ran ads, spend, leads, cost per lead, deals won and the return. Send report beside a client sends theirs now.
