Your account: email, password, two-factor and devices
Last updated 27 September 2026
Your Profile (the avatar at the bottom of the sidebar, or search Settings for “profile”) holds everything that belongs to you rather than to a workspace. If you belong to more than one workspace, your sign-in email, password, two-factor and devices are the same in all of them.
Changing your sign-in email
Choose Change email, enter the new address and your current password (or, if you sign in without a password, a code from your authenticator app). We email a confirmation link to the new address. Nothing changes until you click it, and until then you keep signing in with your current address. Once confirmed, the new address is your sign-in in every workspace, and your old address is sent a notice.
The button is replaced by a short explanation when your email can’t be changed here: when a workspace you belong to doesn’t let members change their email, or uses single sign-on — your identity provider owns the address, so an admin changes it there.
Password
Enter your current password and a new one. It changes for every workspace you belong to, and every other device signed in to your account is signed out, whichever workspace it was using. Too many wrong current passwords in a row pauses the form for a few minutes.
Two-factor authentication
Two-factor is one setting for your whole account. If you are an owner or admin of a workspace that requires it, it can’t be turned off, and the card says where it’s required. Recovery codes work whichever workspace you land in, and regenerating them replaces every earlier set. Turning two-factor off emails you a notice.
Signed-in devices
The Active sessions card lists every device signed in to your account, in any of your workspaces. Sign one out, or all of them except the one you’re using.
Photo and signature
Your photo appears in the app and, through the {{user.avatar}} variable, in your email signature, where recipients see it without signing in. Photos must be PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP, up to 1 MB. Your personal LinkedIn and booking link must be web addresses starting with https://. Leave the booking link blank and {{booking_link}} uses your own booking page.
