Test safely in a sandbox workspace
Last updated 14 October 2026
A sandbox is a test copy of your workspace: the same objects, fields and pipelines, and none of the records. Build and test integrations, flows and AI connections there without risk. Paid plans include one.
Making one
An admin opens Settings → API → Sandbox and presses Make a sandbox, then Open sandbox. You can invite colleagues into it like any workspace.
What is different
- Nothing is emailed, texted or posted to anyone from it. Sends are recorded as skipped so you can see what would have gone.
- Its API keys start
sk_test_. - Webhooks and HTTP steps still call your own systems, so you can test them end to end.
Deleting the sandbox removes everything in it and never touches your real workspace.
