Run more than one workspace from one login
Last updated 31 August 2026
One Solstral login can open several workspaces — useful if you run more than one business, keep a separate CRM per brand, or manage clients. Your password, two-factor setup and profile belong to you, and each workspace keeps its own records, members, plan and billing.
Switching between them
The brand mark in the top-left becomes a switcher as soon as you belong to more than one workspace. It lists everything you can act in, plus any invitations waiting for you. If you only have one workspace, nothing changes — there is no menu to open by accident.
Two workspaces at once
Open a second tab and switch it to another workspace. Each tab acts in the workspace it is showing, so you can work in two side by side without one interfering with the other. Nothing you do in one tab can land in the other workspace.
One thing to know: if you follow a link that reloads the whole page in a tab you have not touched for a while, it may open in whichever workspace you last switched to. The workspace is always named in the top-left, so you can see where you are.
Creating another workspace
Choose Create workspace at the bottom of the switcher. You name it and pick a plan — the same plans on our pricing page, monthly or annual — and then confirm the payment.
The workspace is created once the payment goes through, usually within a few seconds. If you have paid for a workspace before we already have your card, so this is a single confirmation rather than a form.
If someone has set a workspace up for you, you will have an email with a link instead. Open it, confirm the payment, and the workspace appears in your switcher.
Additional workspaces do not come with a trial. A trial is there to let you find out whether Solstral suits you, and by your second workspace you already know.
Every new workspace starts empty and runs through setup, so you decide what this one contains — it does not inherit the objects, fields or pipeline of the workspace you created it from.
Billing
Each workspace has its own subscription, its own invoices and its own plan, all charged to the same card. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel one without touching the others. Your billing details — card, address, tax number — are stored once against your account, so changing your card updates it everywhere.
Being invited to someone else’s workspace
If someone invites the email address you already use, accepting adds their workspace to your switcher and leaves your password exactly as it is. You are not asked to confirm your email again — you have already proved that address once, and it does not need proving per workspace. Joining a workspace someone else owns costs you nothing; they pay for it.
