Rehearse a flow or campaign before it goes live

1. Rehearse a flow
In the flow builder, press ⟲ Rehearse and choose the last 7, 30 or 90 days. It replays what really happened (records created or changed, forms submitted, meetings booked, segment changes, tickets, conversations, tasks) through the flow as it's saved now, including unpublished changes, and shows who would have entered, messages per day, how many your contact policy would have held, other live flows the same people entered, and what it would use from your plan. Nothing is sent or changed.
2. Rehearse a campaign
On a campaign's Review step, press Rehearse under What sending would do: who it reaches after unsubscribes, holdouts and the contact policy, how the hourly limit spreads it over days, and who is already in a live flow that sends. A segment's page has the same box.
3. Before approving a plan
On an assistant plan card, What would this do? counts the changes, the records it touches and any messages it would send.
