Deliverability is a product feature, not an ops chore

· Ian Bensley

Warm-up ramps, triple suppression and aligned link domains — the invisible engineering that decides whether your email lands.

Two companies send the same campaign to the same list. One lands in the inbox; one lands in spam. The difference is never the subject line — it's everything underneath it.

The reputation ledger

Inbox providers keep a ledger on your domain: bounces, complaints, volume spikes, link mismatches. Most platforms make managing that ledger your job. We think the platform should do it.

What Solstral does automatically

  • Warm-up ramps. New domains start small and grow on a schedule. Over-budget sends wait; they're never dropped.
  • Suppression, three times. At fan-out, at send, and via bounce webhooks. A bad address gets three chances to be caught and zero chances to be mailed.
  • Aligned link domains. Every link in your email lives on your sending domain. Mismatched links are a classic spam signal — ours simply never mismatch.
  • Instant bounce handling. A hard bounce suppresses the address platform-wide in seconds.

None of this shows up in a feature-comparison chart, which is exactly why we wrote it down. New to this? Start with the 2026 deliverability checklist and how to warm up a new sending domain.
