A consent history for every address, and an evidence pack

Solstral now keeps one dated history of what each person has said about being emailed, so you can show exactly when and how they agreed, and when they asked you to stop.

• Everything in one place. Joining a list (by a form, a confirmed sign-up, an attested import, a flow or by hand), unsubscribing, marking an email as spam, being blocked by your team and that block being lifted. Unsubscribes and confirmations now also record the IP address they came from.
• Your history comes too. Past sign-ups and unsubscribes are copied in at their original dates, so the history starts with your first contact, not today.
• See one person's. On a contact's Marketing card, admins can open Consent history.
• Download the evidence pack. Consent evidence on Marketing ▸ Do not email downloads the whole history as a spreadsheet, ready for an email provider's review or a privacy request.

Bounces aren't part of it: an address that can't receive mail is a fact about the mailbox, not something the person said.
