Duplicate booking pages, and filter menus that stay open

Any booking page you can edit now has a Duplicate button, on the list and inside the page. The copy brings everything across - times, questions, branding, reminders, policy and the share card - and arrives as a draft with its own link, so nothing goes live by accident. A custom link gets the next free number (intro-call becomes intro-call-2). Members can copy their own pages; admins can copy team pages and anyone’s.

Menus inside menus

Choosing a field or operator in the filter menu no longer closes the whole menu. The same fix applies wherever a dropdown, date picker or dialog opens from inside another menu.
