Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your CRM

Solstral now works as a connector inside the AI app you already use. Paste one address into claude.ai or ChatGPT, sign in, pick a workspace, and ask.

As you, with your role

A connection is signed in by a person and acts as them. A viewer gets a read-only CRM in Claude; a member can create and update records; nobody’s connection can reach settings, billing, DNS or the schema.

Sending stays opt-in

Out of the box a connection can read and write records, run reports and log activities. Sending email, booking meetings and switching on automations are per-connection toggles an admin enables under Settings → AI connections - and every send still asks first.

Off by default

External AI connections are off on every workspace until an admin turns them on. The same screen lists every live connection, who authorised it, when it was last used, and a Disconnect button. Developer tools (Claude Code, Cursor, n8n) keep using API keys exactly as before.

Available on paid plans. Each plan includes a daily allowance of connector actions; listing tools never counts.
