New: simulate any flow against real records before it goes live. See what's new →

Automation

Flows put bookings and chats on the record they create, plus search and filters

When a flow creates, updates or finds a record, whatever started the flow is now added to that record’s timeline automatically: a booked meeting, a chat, a social comment or an email someone engaged with. There’s nothing to set up. Meetings stay in step afterwards too: a reschedule moves the timeline entry, a cancellation marks it cancelled, and later meeting triggers run for that record.

Finding flows

The Flows list now has a search box and filters for status, trigger, and flows that need attention (unpublished changes, broken references or failed runs). They work inside the folder you have open. Flows you create or duplicate stay in the current folder and are highlighted straight away.

Dropdown fields

When a flow step sets a dropdown field, you now pick from that field’s options instead of typing. You can still use data from the trigger, and the step tells you what happens if that data isn’t one of the options.
