Send, schedule and run campaigns from your own Gmail or Outlook
Once you connect Gmail or Outlook, it shows up in the From list when you email someone from their timeline or the Inbox, and when you set up a campaign.
Once you connect Gmail or Outlook, it shows up in the From list when you email someone from their timeline or the Inbox, and when you set up a campaign. Emails go out from your real address, and replies come back into your inbox and onto the record.
Send later, and cancel
Send later now works from your own inbox too. Emails waiting to go out are listed on the record’s timeline and in the Inbox thread, each with a Cancel button you can use any time before it sends.
Campaigns from your inbox
A campaign sent from your own mailbox goes out at a steady pace, within your mailbox’s daily limit (about 400 a day on Gmail, 1,500 on Google Workspace), and anything left over carries on the next day. Unsubscribe links work as usual. Opens and clicks aren’t tracked for these sends, so A/B tests and follow-ups to non-openers need a workspace sender. If the inbox is disconnected, the campaign pauses rather than switching to a different address.
