CRM
Move from GoHighLevel, HubSpot or Pipedrive, import Excel files, and undo an import
Bringing your data across from another CRM is now a single import, not a weekend of spreadsheet work.

- Exports recognised. Choose a GoHighLevel, HubSpot or Pipedrive export and Solstral says what it is and maps its columns for you: email to your email field, phone to phone, first and last name joined into one name.
- Pipelines and stages. A deals or opportunities file lists its pipelines and stages, and you choose where each goes in your own pipelines. A stage you don't have can be added during the preview.
- Deals linked to their contacts by email, once they're in.
- Excel and European files. Import .xlsx directly. Semicolon-separated files, Windows encodings and numbers written 1.234,56 are read the way they were written, and the import shows what it detected so you can change it.
- Undo an import for 30 days: records it created go to Trash, and records it changed get back what they had, unless someone has changed them since.
- Carry on an import that stopped half-way by choosing the same file again.
- Big bulk changes (over 200 records) run in the background with a progress card, and you're told when they're done.
