AI Assistant

One assistant, skills, flows that ask it, and your data in your own bucket

Solstral now opens properly to AI, its own and yours.

Solstral now opens properly to AI, its own and yours.

  • One assistant. The assistant no longer has a name, and the scheduled helpers are now Assistant tasks named for their job: Daily summary, Data tidy-up, Lead triage and the rest. What they do is unchanged.
  • Skills. Write a procedure your team repeats once ("Monthly flow review": its steps, what it needs to be told, the actions it may use) and anyone can ask the assistant to run it. A skill can only narrow what the person running it may change. Settings ▸ AI assistant ▸ Skills.
  • Ask the assistant, from a flow. A new flow step hands the assistant a goal, the actions it may use and a cap on credits. The flow waits for its answer and carries on with it; anything it changed can be undone.
  • Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps can follow what happens in your CRM from a cursor, make a change safely (once, as a dry run, or by asking an admin), see cards for records and approvals, and be limited per connection to read-only with a daily budget, or undone in one click. Admins can write house rules and notes on objects and fields that every AI reads.
  • Webhooks for CRM events, delivered as CloudEvents: a contact created, a deal won, a form submitted.
  • A sandbox workspace on paid plans: your setup without your records, from which nothing is sent to anyone.
  • A daily export of events and records to your own Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2, Google Cloud Storage or Backblaze B2 bucket. Settings ▸ Data.
  • Live updates. The bell, the inbox and record pages update the moment something changes, and a record shows who else has it open.
