Notifications group themselves, and you can mute a record or a flow

Several notifications about the same record within ten minutes now arrive as one ("5 updates on Acme - deal"), with one email at once and one for the rest. More than 30 of a kind in an hour are gathered into one. Hover a notification to mute its record or its flow; unmute in Settings, Notifications.
