Your Profile: confirmed email changes, one account across workspaces
A security and reliability pass over your Profile.
A security and reliability pass over your Profile.
Changing your email now needs confirming
Changing your sign-in email asks for your current password and sends a confirmation link to the new address. Nothing changes until you click it, and it then applies to every workspace you belong to. Workspaces that use single sign-on, or don’t let members change their email, keep it locked.
One account, everywhere
- A password change applies to every workspace and signs out every other device, whichever workspace it was using.
- The Active sessions card lists all your devices, not just those that signed in to the current workspace.
- Recovery codes work whichever workspace you land in, and regenerating them replaces every earlier set.
- Two-factor can’t be switched off where your role requires it, and switching it off emails you a notice.
Smaller fixes
- Your photo now shows up in the signature recipients see, and on your public booking page.
- Uploaded photos are checked by their content, not their file type.
- Unsaved edits on one Profile card are no longer wiped when you save another.
- Quick changes to notification toggles no longer undo each other, and a failed save says so.
- Disconnecting a Google calendar no longer breaks a Gmail inbox or calendar that shares the same Google sign-in.
- Searching Settings for “password”, “2FA”, “signature” or “timezone” finds your Profile.
