CRM
Report templates, and six more parts of the CRM you can report on
Reporting no longer opens on an empty form, and it now reaches the parts of the product it could not see.

Templates
A library of ready-made reports across sales, activity, marketing, service, contacts, web & chat and adoption - pipeline by stage, time spent in each stage, task completion rate, opens and clicks by campaign, time to first response, contacts nobody has spoken to in 90 days, and more. Pick one and it opens in the builder as an ordinary report you can change: the date range, the grouping, the chart, anything. Nothing is saved until you save it.
You are only shown templates you can actually run. A template that needs a Deals pipeline doesn’t appear if you don’t have one, and one for a module you’ve turned off doesn’t appear at all - not greyed out, just absent.
Six more things to report on
Reporting could already cover records, activity, email, campaigns, meetings, tickets, conversations, forms, flows, web traffic and stage history. It now also covers marketing list membership (including how each list was acquired, which is what a deliverability review asks for), suppressions (why you stopped emailing people, by reason and over time), chat leads, campaigns as a whole, transactional email - password resets and invitations, delivered, bounced or retried - and the audit trail, which is the honest way to see who is really using the CRM.
