Reporting: reports, dashboards and goals in one place, and numbers you can trust
Reports, Dashboards and Goals are now one module, Reporting, with a tab for each and one entry in the sidebar.
Reports, Dashboards and Goals are now one module, Reporting, with a tab for each and one entry in the sidebar.
One switch
Settings ▸ Platform ▸ Modules and team permissions now have a single Reporting switch instead of separate Reports and Dashboards ones. If you had turned Dashboards off on its own, Reporting now decides both. Old links to /dashboards and /goals open the matching tab.
A new look
A reports library with search, favourites and recently viewed; a full-screen editor with Configure, Filters and Style tabs and drag-and-drop fields; a report page with a headline that says what changed and a side panel of the records behind any bar; and dashboards with goal cards, text notes and filters that apply to every tile. Charts now use your brand colour.
Numbers you can trust
- Dates are counted in your workspace time zone, so a deal won late on the 31st lands in the right month.
- “This month vs last month” compares the same number of days, instead of a part month against a whole one.
- Reports only count records you are allowed to see, and module sources respect team permissions.
- Pipeline and won-value templates count open and won deals correctly, and time-in-stage only counts finished stays.
- Deleting a report removes its tiles from every dashboard, and the warning lists which ones first.
