Every automation run now shows what each step ran with, and what it changed

The Runs tab could tell you a step passed or failed and nothing else - and opening a run shoved every row below it down the page.

The Runs tab could tell you a step passed or failed and nothing else - and opening a run shoved every row below it down the page. Both are fixed. Runs are a table now, and clicking one opens a panel over the list rather than pushing it around. Inside: the data that started the run, then every step with its own duration, and - the new part - an Input tab showing what the step actually ran with. Not the template you wrote, the finished thing: “Follow up with Acme”, not “Follow up with {{record.name}}”. The step that failed opens expanded, because that’s the one you came to look at. And each step links to what it did - the record it created, the conversation it replied in, the list it added someone to, the API it called and the status it got back. The difference between “this run failed” and “this run failed because the HTTP step got a 422, here’s the response”. Runs from before today show “not recorded” rather than pretending to have an empty input. Elsewhere in flows: round-robin now works when your team is a set of linked records and not just a team-member field - that gap was why round-robin ownership looked impossible for a lot of setups; assigning replaces the current link rather than quietly adding a second, and someone who’s been deleted is skipped instead of silently taking their turn. Conditions can look beyond the record, so “only continue if the form said the budget is over 5,000” works without first saving that answer somewhere, and “only continue if we found nothing” is now a real duplicate check. “For each” offers you the lists you can actually loop over instead of asking you to know the syntax - and deliberately doesn’t offer the ones that would silently loop zero times. Setting fields is one list again, where typed text and data from the trigger go in the same box, instead of two panels that each set the same field without knowing about the other. And “Get stored value” and “Store a value” are one step called Stored value, with Read / Set / Increase.
