Connect your Stripe account or Shopify store

Orders, payments and subscriptions from the tools you already sell with now arrive in Solstral as events on the right contact.

• Stripe. Successful payments, refunds, and subscriptions starting, changing and ending. A customer's Stripe id becomes theirs, so later events find them even without an address.
• Shopify. Orders placed, paid, cancelled and refunded, with what was bought, and customers as they are created and updated.
• Your store too. Orders placed in a Solstral store are recorded the same way.
• Nothing missed, nothing twice. A delivery about someone not yet in the CRM waits and joins them when they are added; a resent delivery is recognised and recorded once.

Connect a source in Settings ▸ Tracked events ▸ Connected sources: paste the address it shows into your Stripe or Shopify webhook settings, and paste their signing key back. Each delivery is checked against that key before anything is read.
