CRM

The CRM that fills itself

Less typing: Solstral now finds the people you work with and keeps their records up to date.

  • Capture from your mail and calendar. Connect Gmail or Outlook and Solstral reads a year back, from the headers alone, to find the people you have actually written to and met, their companies, and threads that look like deals. They wait on the new Capture screen for a yes (or are added for you in Auto mode), matched against what you already have so nobody is added twice, and every batch can be undone.
  • AI fields. Make any text, number, date, checkbox, dropdown or link field one the AI fills: say what to work out and what it may read (other fields, linked records, recent emails and meetings, their website). It fills new records and runs again when what it reads changes; Fill this column does the rest, with the cost shown first. A dropdown stays inside its options, every value shows what it rests on, and a value someone typed is never replaced.
  • Meeting briefs. Half an hour before each meeting (you choose 15 minutes to an hour) you get a brief by email, push and the bell: who is coming and their role, your history with them, open deals with days in stage, open tickets, what they clicked and visited lately, what they said when booking, and questions to ask. Every line opens its record.
  • What's happening on every deal. A short summary at the top of each deal with its risks (a slipped close date, one contact only, stuck longer than won deals were, gone quiet), why each matters, and the next step. It is worked out again only when something on the deal changes. After a meeting, draft a recap for the guest in one click.
