Send your own events to Solstral with the track API

Your website, app and other systems can now tell Solstral what people do, with POST /api/v1/events and an API key.

• Segment-compatible. Send track and identify messages in the shape Segment and RudderStack already use, one at a time or up to 100 in a batch. A resent message is recognised by its messageId and not counted twice.
• Filed on the right person. An event is matched to its contact by your own user id, an external id such as a Shopify customer, an email address or a phone number. An event about someone not yet in the CRM waits, and joins their record once they identify or are added.
• Your event types, under your control. Each event name appears in Settings ▸ Tracked events the first time it arrives. Describe it, mark which details hold personal data, say what its details should be, or block it.
• In flows and the assistant too. A flow's new Track event step and the assistant can record the same events on a record.

Tracked events count toward a monthly allowance on each plan.
