Search everything
Last updated 15 October 2026
The search box at the top of every page (or Cmd-K / Ctrl-K) searches the whole workspace at once.
What it finds
- Records of every type: contacts, companies, deals and your own objects.
- Conversations in the Inbox, by the person's name, email or handle.
- Tickets, by number or subject.
- Meetings, by the booker's name or email.
- Flows and email templates, by name.
- Library files, by file name.
- Notes, emails, calls and tasks on records, by what they say.
Each result says what it is, and the best matches come first: a name that starts with what you typed, then one that contains every word, then recent things.
How matching works
Capitals, accents and spaces don't matter: nguyen finds Nguyễn, and sustain recruit finds SustainRecruit. Every word you type has to appear somewhere.
What you see
Search only ever shows what you could open anyway: a conversation in a private mailbox you aren't in, a record you can't see, or a module your team doesn't have stays out of your results. A change shows up in search within a few seconds.
