Assistant tasks

Last updated 15 October 2026

One assistant, with scheduled tasks: a morning summary, data tidy-up, a sending health watch, lead triage, follow-up drafts and campaign planning. Each task starts by proposing only, runs under the same permissions as a team member, and keeps a log where almost anything can be undone in one click.

What you get

  • They start by asking — Every task starts paused and proposing only. You read what it would do, then decide how far it may go: propose, act and ask, or act and report.
  • A log you can undo — Every change a task makes is written down with the exact way to reverse it. Undo checks nothing has changed since, so it never overwrites a person's later edit. Where something can't be undone — a sent email — the log says so plainly.
  • They can't spend your credits in a loop — Each run has hard limits on steps, time and credits, each task has a monthly budget, and a workspace-wide brake stops every task if spending looks wrong. A person clears the brake, never the system.

Capabilities at a glance

  • Daily summary: a morning briefing — pipeline, activity, what needs attention
  • Data tidy-up: tidies messy values, flags likely duplicates, and suggests better field types weekly
  • Sending health watch: watches bounces, complaints and sending health
  • Lead triage: sorts new inbound leads into hot, warm and cold, with a reason; can assign hot and warm leads to the least busy of the members you pick, and draft a booking-link email for hot leads
  • Follow-up drafts: drafts follow-ups to people who went quiet; can send, capped at 20 a day, only to people who have replied before; leaves alone anyone a sequence is following up
  • Campaign planning: plans the next campaign from your brief and past results; can schedule at least a day ahead to lists of up to 2,000
  • Three levels of freedom per task: propose, act and ask, act and report
  • Each task runs as a workspace member with its own role — never an admin
  • Log of every action with one-click undo, including unscheduling a campaign until it sends
  • Run limits, monthly credit budgets and a workspace spend brake
  • Optional daily email digest of what the assistant did
  • Tasks in your own words: "Every Monday, review our top flows and flag anything slipping", scheduled from the sentence, scoped to a saved skill if you name one
