Lead scoring
Points for what a record says and for what has happened lately, added up into an ordinary number field you can sort, filter, report on and start flows from.
What you get
- Recent counts most — Activity rules count replies, meetings, calls, forms, clicks and opens within a window, up to a limit, and can fade by half every so many days, so last week's reply outweighs one from March.
- Just a number field — The score sits on the record like any number: sort a view by it, filter a list on it, report on it, or start a flow when it passes 50.
- Why is this 45? — A Why? button beside the score lists the rules that gave it its points. Nobody has to trust a black box.
Capabilities at a glance
- Field rules over the same conditions as lists and flows
- Activity rules: email opened, link clicked, replied, meeting, call, form filled in
- A window, a most-times limit and an optional half-life per rule
- Negative points to take some away
- A suggested set to start from
- Worked out for every record in the background, every few hours and straight away when the rules change
- Read-only on the record: it can't be typed over or imported
- Why? breakdown on the record, and from the assistant
