Sequences
Last updated 22 October 2026
A few emails, tasks and waits a contact is taken through one at a time, from your own inbox or a shared sender. The moment they reply or an email bounces, it stops for them.
What you get
- Stops the moment they answer — Every wait checks for a reply, and every email checks again before it goes. Someone who wrote back never gets the next nudge, and a bounced address is dropped at once.
- Sent as you — Emails go from your connected Gmail or Outlook inbox, or a shared sender, as ordinary one-to-one mail, inside your contact policy's caps and quiet hours.
- Enrol from anywhere — Pick records, a list or a saved view. Anyone who opted out is left out, and so is anyone you emailed in the last few days, unless you say otherwise.
Capabilities at a glance
- Steps: email, task for the record owner, wait
- Ends on a human reply or a hard bounce, checked at every wait and before every send
- Two versions of any email, split as you set, with replies per version
- Enrol from picked records, a list or a saved view; already-enrolled and opted-out people left out
- A "too soon" guard for people emailed recently, with an override
- Contact policy caps, quiet hours and holdouts apply
- People tab with each person's step and outcome, and remove
- Report: in progress, replied, bounced, finished and stopped
- Admins build sequences; members enrol people
- The assistant can list sequences and enrol people, after you confirm
