Booking pages and availability

Calendly-class scheduling built into the CRM: share a link or embed the scheduler on your site, sync Google and Microsoft calendars, and every booking becomes a contact on a timeline — not a row in another tool.

What you get

  • No double-bookings, ever — We check your connected calendars and your CRM meetings, add your buffers and minimum notice, and only offer times that genuinely work — race-safe down to the last slot.
  • The meeting lands in your CRM — Every booking matches or creates the contact, appears on their timeline, and can trigger automations — follow-ups, owner routing, list adds — the moment it's booked.
  • Your site, your brand — Embed inline, as a floating button, or from any link. Your colors, your questions, your confirmation page — with a booking event your analytics can track.

Capabilities at a glance

  • Google Calendar + Microsoft/Outlook sync with automatic Meet or Teams links
  • Weekly availability with date overrides, buffers, minimum notice, daily caps and rolling windows
  • Advanced limits: total meetings per day/week across all pages, plus holiday auto-block (AU/US/UK/NZ/CA)
  • Round-robin (weighted) and collective team pages
  • Single-use links that can be booked once, then expire
  • Publish, save and delete from inside the page; the list shows status and a Share button, nothing that changes state by accident
  • Delete a booking page you no longer use — your own or the team's — while every meeting booked through it keeps its history
  • Meeting polls: invitees vote on times, you book the winner
  • Built-in analytics: booked / completed / cancelled / no-show counts and rates, by page and host
  • Custom questions with answers mapped into contact fields
  • Confirmations + reminders with calendar invites (ICS) attached; SMS-ready reminder slots
  • Invitee self-serve reschedule/cancel with your notice policy
  • Website embeds: inline, popup button, text link — plus a JS event for conversion tracking
  • Automation triggers: meeting booked / rescheduled / cancelled / completed, and a send-booking-link step
