Report a bug or request a feature

Last updated 11 August 2026

If something in Solstral is broken, confusing, or missing, tell the assistant. You don’t need to find a form or write a ticket — say it the way you’d say it to a colleague and it files the report.

How to do it

Open the assistant from any page and describe the problem, for example: “The deal board keeps forgetting my filter when I switch pipeline”, or “I need tasks that repeat every week”. It will ask one short question if something important is missing — usually what you expected to happen — then confirm it’s filed and give you a reference.

What gets sent with it

  • What you described, in your words.
  • The page you were on when you reported it.
  • Any errors your browser recorded in this session — the part that usually turns “it didn’t save” into a fixable bug.
  • Your name and email, so we can reply.

You never have to find any of that yourself. Anything that looks like a password, key or token is stripped out before the report leaves your browser, and again before it is stored.

What it does not send

It does not send your records, your customers’ data, or anything you typed on the page. The browser log captures error messages only.

Bugs and feature requests are the same conversation

You don’t need to decide which one it is. Describe what you were trying to do; the assistant files it as a bug if something is broken and as a feature request if it simply doesn’t exist yet.

If the assistant itself is the thing failing, report it anyway — the report is saved in the CRM first and emailed second, so it reaches us even when the part that emails is the part that’s broken.
