AI assistant

The AI assistant

A signed-in assistant that can query your records, draft and send email, build automations and templates, and answer questions about your data — with your permissions, not a superuser's.

What you get

  • It can act, not just answer — The assistant reaches the same operations the interface does — create and update records, draft an email, assemble a flow — so a request becomes the finished thing rather than instructions for you to follow.
  • Your permissions still apply — It acts as you. A viewer cannot get it to edit records, and nothing it does escapes the audit log — the assistant is a faster way to use your access, never a way around it.
  • Connect your own tools — The workspace exposes an MCP server, so the same capabilities are available to external AI clients you already use, under the same access rules.

Capabilities at a glance

  • Conversational assistant over your records, activities and reports
  • Acts on the CRM: create and update records, draft and send email, build flows, templates and dashboards
  • Streaming replies with rich result blocks that link back to records
  • Enforces the signed-in user's role and record permissions
  • MCP server so external AI clients can use the same tools
  • Bring-your-own-key model configuration in workspace settings
  • Metered with AI credits, with a monthly allotment per plan
