AI credits

The AI assistant runs on credits — one credit per AI task (a chat turn or a background job). Everything else in Solstral works whether or not you have credits; only AI tasks use them.

Onboarding credits

Every new workspace gets 100 AI credits to set itself up — build objects, draft fields and import data with the assistant for free.

Monthly allotment

Paid plans include a monthly AI allotment (150 on Starter, 500 on Growth, 1,500 on Scale) that refreshes at the start of each billing month. Unused monthly credits don't roll over.

Top-ups that never expire

Run low? Buy a credit pack from Settings → Plan & billing. Purchased credits never expire and are used only after your monthly allotment is spent.

Running out

If both your monthly allotment and top-up balance are empty, AI tasks pause with a prompt to buy more — your records, email, automations and everything else keep working normally.
