Web analytics

The web analytics dashboard

One tag on your site streams pageviews and custom events back to the CRM — and when a visitor identifies themselves, their whole prior session attaches to their contact record.

What you get

  • Anonymous visits become known people — When someone submits a form or identifies in chat, their earlier anonymous browsing is linked to their contact — so you see the pages that preceded the enquiry.
  • One tag boots everything — The same snippet that records analytics also loads your chat widget and any embedded forms, so there is a single script on the site instead of three.
  • Funnels over your own events — Define steps from pages visited and custom events, and see where people drop out — measured on your first-party data, not sampled by someone else.

Capabilities at a glance

  • First-party tag with automatic pageview tracking, including single-page-app route changes
  • Custom event tracking and visitor identification
  • Funnel analysis over visited pages and custom events
  • Anonymous visitor history linked to a CRM contact on identification
  • Per-site tracking with a dashboard across all sites
  • Do-Not-Track honoured when the site opts in
  • Boots the chat widget and embedded forms from the same snippet
